So Rayleigh was able to open cuffs with Haki.

Now here we see Rayleigh use Haki to create a some kind of a burst of energy. Looks like a small explosion.

And here we see Sentomaru using "Ashigara Dokkoi" Which is basically a Haki imbued palm thrust that doesn't need to connect in order to hit the enemy. Similar to Naruto's Frog Kata. He can hit enemies from a range with his Haki alone.

These are something we haven't really seen or gotten an explanation for. What do you guys think about this? Personally, i think there's more to Haki than what we've seen.

Rayleigh also opened his own handcuffs with Haki but i can't find that scan right now.

Yeah, I wouldn't see why there wouldn't be more to Haki than what we've seen.

Just like Shank's king haki breaking WB ship. I'm sure we'll get explanation on the full extent of each haki from either Shanks or some other person like Rayleigh.

Rayleigh and Sento used their own barrier.

We've seen Shanks use the Conquerer's Haki to break up Moby ****.

Sentomaru likely has enough physical strength to create somewhat of an air wave... but amplifying it's power with Armament Haki.

Most likely the same case is applying with Rayleigh's... or it could have been that this was supposed to represent Rayleigh having repelled the Elephant's strike like a shield... causing a dust of explosion between them. That or he was simply capable of condensing his Armament in a concentrated space.. and slightly project it (possibly combining Conquerer and Armament).

I'm sure we will get better details into Haki fundamentals during the Doflamingo fight (as we will probably see Luffy going all out, and thus Rayleigh training flashbacks).

You forgot to mention the 7 techniques that involve haki that CP9 and the marines use, like shave, and sky walk... That stuff doesnt into the categories very well either

It's what Haki looks like when you use an open palm I guess?

Rokushiki has nothing to do with Haki.

In episode 615(the latest one), vergo and smoker used a watered down version of sky walk.

You wouldn't mind showing me scans? I'm on episode 613 right now and i'm pretty sure that didn't happen in the manga. Not to mention Sky walk doesn't have anything to do with Haki either. Sky walk is a rokushiki technique. Lucci could use sky walk but he didn't have Haki.

It didn't happen in manga.

That means it's non-canon. Meaning it never happened. That's just something the animators added. Also, Rokushiki has nothing to do with Haki.
