They are not comparable ps is even bigger than the FULL ninetails which is threetimes bigger and 100% stronger than bsm

either way BM would give naruto what he needs to atleast hold his own against PS i still believe madara would win but naruto deffinetly isnt lacking in power atleast.. his downfall tho as you have said is his time limits and the fact that madara has mountains more experience than naruto and experience counts for a lot
