Has anyone thought of an possibility of Plasma release? I mean Plasma release would be pretty intricate to explain. I mean there would have to be like 4 elements involve to make Plasma. I do think Plasma release would probably be destructive since it contains a couple of unique elements. Plasma Release would be the next big thing on Naruto.
