Has anyone taken notice to orochimaru's long lost brother ?

I don't think that's right what we'd assume. Who the hell was that guy with the tatoos? He certainly wasn't anyone we saw.

The bald guy with the Dragon Tattoo (lol...) is the Nidaime Kazekage. If you recall the statues (close to 257ish when Sakura and Chiyo face Sasori), One Statue has the image of a bald man. They simple lack significant details so the Tattoo was never shown. The only one we cannot place in history was this mystery Kirigakure individual.

While it is pretty clear he is his own character, the closest people to him in looks are Kakuzu and Orochimaru, but that's only because of minute hair comparisons, and even then this guy lacks Orochimaru's eyes, and Kakuzu's bangs are different.

At best he has relations to Orochimaru, or truly was just made as a filler shinobi. Though why Kishi would do this when he could have put in Trollkage makes no sense, which means we'll probably get a little more flashback.

Ah, I see now. So they all are truly to become the next Kage. However, we didn't see the Trollkage there either, which leads me to believe that this Orochimaru look-alike was going to be the Nidaime Mizukage, but went abroad somewhere during his lifetime, since he's clearly not the next Kage of any of the other villages in the history now. I hope he isn't a filler shinobi when Kishi could give Orochimaru some perfectly good history.

Yes but in this case there is absolutely no reason to throw this guy in. He's not even part of the Mizukage line, and we have to assume he's next for Mizukage since we don't see Trollkage there. This either means he died, or he went somewhere else. I'm going with he went somewhere else because if he did die early, then what's the point of even introducing him or even showing him at all in this flashback?
