yeah actually. Lots of my opinions have changed since joining NB:
-I used to be a Sasuke hater, now he's my favorite
-I used to underrate Sasori a lot, now I think he's pretty powerful
-used to think Jiraiya>Itachi now I think the opposite
and a bunch more
When you actually listen to other points of view you can learn a lot

Well I initially believed

Minato > hiruzen> hashirama ect

Until hiruzen fans made me realise

Hashirama > minato > hiruzen

And I get alot of things wrong time to time the most famous debators usually correct me and change mind

Tbh I only comment if I see someone get something I think is wrong or I know is wrong
Or I back up characters I like I am usually biased towards one person until someone says something good and I then change my mind and rep them or I stop commenting

OT: Yeah my mind has been changed before but not very often. I don't appeal towards people trying to enforce their opinions through "loop holes" in logic or by trying to inflate a small detail into a major point.

Yes, but never with versus threads. Thing is, no one can ever 'predict' who wins, Kishi just decides the side that would be best to win plotwise and then thinks of a reasonable way to make it believable.

But in terms of theories, personal opinions on characters and such, there are some really impressive people on the forums who can put their thoughts into words very easily without being too biased. Some can even make you understand their point of view, even if it won't change yours.

of course not. NBers are pretty half-assed debaters that dont read the manga and automatically say that their favorite character wins no matter how dumb they sound or look. fanboys/fangirls which this site is mostly made of can never change the opposing sides mind on a topic. not to mention that the threads made on NB can be quite ridiculous sometimes and already have an obvious answer to them.

I'm sorry to say this is true in most cases. NB really isn't the place for productive and/or civil debates :/

Agreeing with these. At one point people on NB had me believing things such as SM Naruto > EMS Sasuke, Hiruzen > Hashirama, BM Naruto > Sasuke and Itachi, etc.

So I guess you can say some people on NB have changed my mind, but for the worse. Most of what is considered true here because the "godly" debaters say it is actually quite laughable.

you can't blame NB for having mediocre debaters and arguments. If debating came so easily to everyone we wouldn't need lawyers to do it for us in court lol

LOL i remember the arguments that we used to get into over those various topics like the ones in bold. the only where i can debate seriously is NF. i only come here now to try and annoy people sometimes if i get the chance by posting memes and to see if there are individuals who truly debate without bias.

Well I've only been posting for a short period of time so no, not yet. But I have changed my opinion on certain things whilst reading other people's arguments.

Edit: Actually scratch that, someone in the rank akatsuki thread made me change my mind about were I had placed kakuzu on the list. If that counts that is?
