Has anyone noticed this about Tobi?

He doesn't have Mangekyos or there's a reason why Kishi hasn't shown it.

Tobi has never once showed his MS/EMS. By now, any real Uchiha would have used it in battle, as Tobi has with the rinnegan. So Tobi is either someone who does not have MS/EMS, or it is very important that he not use it. (possibly to hide his identity, but I'm not sure.)

He's never been pushed in battle.
Minato removed Kurama from Tobi in time, so Tobi had no reason to stay.

MS/EMS isn't good enough to fight a full scale war, so he needed extra power from the Rinnegan.

Now he's not used it because he had Pain covering for him and now Gedo Mazo.

what proof do we have that tobi is not a true uchiha?

He has atleast the MS. He is the main villain ofcourse something tragic happend to him that's why he turned out this way and unlocked his MS. It hasnt been show but I dont think u can do space time jutsu and controlling Kurama with a 3 tomoe sharingan. So yes he has ms (or ems) but hasnt been show. Probably because the design tells us who he is.
