Has anyone figured out Madara's Motive for Tsuki no me project??

I mean, Madara must have a real motive that made him believe that every single human should leave on their dream fantasy.. so I was wondering what trigger his mind to have the Tsuki no me project??

Is it..
1. Personal Gain?? jinjuriki of the ten tails..
2. Revenge/Hate?? towards hashirama and Konoha..
3. Sadness?? because Izuna threw his life for nothing
4. Betrayal?? from the Uchiha Clan that wanted to join the Senju
5. Loneliness??, not having any friend and wanted to live on his own fantasy
6. Just Kishi plot??
