I liked the show. It's gotten enough recognition to have a second season in the making...I guess if all you like is fighting, you'll find it boring. But the villain and society setup is interesting. I think it's funny the other person said it's boring when Naruto is currently boring with the action sequences in it now (anime wise). There is action in psycho-pass. I suggest giving the show a try.

No it doesn't have super powers or crazy fights if that's what you want , is a mature series .
