Gai has never taken off his weights. and I would assume they would be many times more heavy then rock lee's weights that he was carrying in Naruto. Do you guys think he will go all out and take off his weights now that the war is reaching its final stage?

yeah i thought that too ,it'll b only a fool to go in war with weights on since every ounce of power is needed and which can wear off the one wearing them as they might need to fight for days or months in war.
