This is a link to the Creation of all Things wiki page, look closely at the picture it gives... behind the so6p's head is an eye that looks exactly like Tobi's Eye of the Moon plan. It even has rays coming from it like its stinging

not saying I think Tobi is so6p but that idea has been thrown out there
