Crying on an anime?

My bro has. :| It was a couple years ago and I was watching Gaara's childhood and I was crying. My bro was on the phone talking with a girl and he looked at me, laughed, and said "Are you crying... For a stupid cartoon?!" After he ended his call I called him a stupid, heartless jerk...

I'm just curious and hope I'm not the only one this happened to

Well me and brother do a share a room as well. But all the anime I watch is on my laptop so it's easier. And that guy is usually never in the room unless he's playing PS3 or sleeping.
