Tbh, cheating without studying for any test is not a smart move (depends on how important the test is too though).
Studying for a test and having some cheating skills as backup, seems okay imo. As long as you are good enough to not get caught. I admit I have done so plenty.

Yes on a French exam we got to hear a tape and we had to choose from multi choice answers, I was right in front of the teachers desk and she had the paper with answers in front of me, so it was her own fault

I won't lie I have cheated in tests at school. I still have no idea how my teachers never caught me :shrug:
But I've moved past that now and study to get the grades I want
