Has anyone else noticed how Obito awakened his Sharingan with 2-tomoe, and...?

Has anyone noticed how Obito's Sharingan is one of the strongest Sharingan but he awakened it with 2-tomoe? I thought to myself when I first saw his Sharingan why he awakened it with 2-tomoe, then we come to find out his Sharingan has S/T Ninjustu, Kamui, and a link to a different dimension.

P.S., guys, according to the 3rd Ninja Databook every Uchiha with Mangekyou Sharingan can access Kamui through unknown means.

Whenever you first unlock sharingan its either one or two tomoe no matter how strong you are. Same with sasuke, madara, shisui, Itachi you get the idea.

He didn't AWAKEN it that way he awakened it with one in both eyes and forgot that he had awakened it, so over time while he got stronger his Sharingan in one of his eyes had evolved

I guess the two tomoes is some sort of trait of a Sharingsn eye that will possess a powerful technique; Such as The Black Flames or Obitos S/T Jutsu...

Yea, He unlocked it with only one in both eyes

I could have sworn Sasuke had the Sharingan when he was chasing Itachi during the Uchiha Massacre...Idk if he had one Tomoe in both eyes or only one though...
