Has any one noticed that new uchiha don't have eye brows

Has any one noticed that the new uchiha don't have any eye brows. After Gaara , Mizukage he is the one in Nv who don't have eye brows.

Since his birth he might don't have any eye brows...That's what I think. If he has those eye brows he might look like a shikamaru with white hair.

What about his hair I think he has white hair.

I think so...but in my imagine he might look like a shikamaru if he has eye brows . Kishi wanted to make characters unique that's why this time an uchiha with no eye brows. And I think the colour of his hair is white. What do you think ?
