Has any mangaka ever done this?

Im still young only 16 so ive not read tooo many mangas but after witnessing kishi writing chapters clearly on some kind of class A drugs i was wondering if any other mangaka had just given the laws he created within his verse like Kishi did. For 687 chapters it was clear that people do not simply go and visit their loved ones after they died as a 'pitstop' because 'chakra connects both worlds' I mean surely the likes of Hashirama Jiraiya etc would have just done that and it was clear from observation that Perfect Susano could not be done without Eternal Mangekyo by even the most talented of Uchiha. Unless Kishi is implying that Obito os the greatest Uchiha ever which clearly isnt because Madara used him then its B.S that Obitos eyes can do this. And lastly Kakashi in Part 1 would be near death after using the sharingan and in part 2 near death after 2-3 Kamuis yet he seems able to sustain a P.S even though he's exhausted. Also we have saw absolutely no signs of blindness from Kakashi ever even though he spammed MAngekyou and lastly i'll be watching out because Itachi said Sussano basically messes up your cells. The only way Kishi can begin to reverse this is if Kakashi dies after the power runs out. If he goes on to become hokage etc them lpgic has been goven the middle fonger
