Minato is confirmed to have killed at least 50 guys using FTG.

99% of the Jutsu in the verse have not killed anyone so........

that depends on who the subject is. Madara and Deidara have kills to their names using jutsu. I could be missing someone, but they're the names that i can immediately recall.

amaterasu was a Great jutsu when itachi was using it but the time when itachi implanted his MS and amaterasu in sasuke then the things went downhill.

Amaterasu is a fodder technique now

Amaterasu is supposed to be as hot as the sun yet it's injured, let alone killed less people than regular fire jutsu. I also hate these comparisons people are making, even with the jutsu that haven't killed someone, tons of them have at least shown the damage they can cause or at least have seriously or massively injured someone. Several characters have been set ablaze by amaterasu and were not only not killed by it but not even seriously injured. Can't believe I even have to make this comparison either, but bijuudama have made mountain-sized explosions, amaterasu couldn't even burn down a forest quickly.
