She is smarter: No prep; not that that would give her any help in such fight.

Ninjutsu/genjutsu: her genjutsu skills were just breaking them; we did not see her casting an excelled genjutsu.

Better ninjutsu: how Will it help? Her ninjutsu is mostly chakra enhanced strength and medical; and ninjutsu techs can be avoided.

There are different skills and usages of those skills and their effects; Sakura's better ninjutsu is not making her defeat Lee; Kisame was a better ninjutsu user than Gai; did it help him? Or Hidan was stronger than Shikamaru by many means, he still fell to his plan.

Speed is not a lame excuese; since it can be applied effectively in such battle.
