i don't know how japanese surname works ..is she still haruno? or uchiha

I believe it's not working like that in baritone since their ast name is their clan names. Sakura is gonna stay haruno but kids are gonna uchiha due to father. It's always Same like uzumaki kushina but still married with minato.
