First of all, the Senju and Uzumaki Clans' symbols are different (The Senjus' Vajrah, the Uzumakis' Spiral), second, being an Uzumaki doesn't make you a Senju because the Uzumakis did not descend from the Younger Son. They are distant blood relatives of the Senjus because the Uzumaki Heritage is the original bloodline of the Sage of the Six Paths, thus making the Shinobi-Era Uzumakis a cousin clan to both Senju and Uchiha.
