Yes, sasuke is using complete susanoo. Complete susanoo is the third stage(rip cage, incomplete, complete, final). He is using it, but with a difference, the legs. The legs are there to display that sasuke's susanoo is more powerful, it's cloese to the final version of susanoo, madara's PS. However, sasuke still has one step to go, he has to "evolve" his susanoo into the final PS(that is like madara's). Then he would tank a bijuu dama, then he would be equal to naruto BM.

If sasuke get perfect susannoo which he already has in a way, he can tank the tailed beast balls.

Kamui is super powerful but has only been shown taking down extremely linear targets.(while naruto has amazing speed kakashi let him in on the plans that resulted in him being kamui'd.

He has been fighting hashi for the longest, no time to slash the alliance, before that hte were testing juubi's power, some plot but nothing that can't be explained

He can can come back a limited amount of time and whats more Is the simple fact that while incredibly powerful outside of his sharingan abilities that he stole he does not match up to the other kage we have been shown.

Onoki seemed to have overcome it ith pure will power alone. Perhaps it can defeat most ninja but it is hashi teach so what do you expect. Ama can kill most ninja too, excluding naruto, MS users, Sages and a select few kage. Powerful techniques are supposed to be like this

I really still can't believe that Danzo wasted all of his Izanagi in a row :| Where was the good old replacement jutsu? I wish we could see him using Izanagi for something more interesting that just "respawning". But Kishi had to make him exhaust all his arsenal in one go, just like with Deidara.
