What if somehow Yamato's mind and soul gets inner twined with the (brain dead version) of the 1st hokage.

And Yamato ends up having all the Hashirama's strength and highly advanced wood techs. And goes to the battle feild and fights Madara.

hashirama can never c0me back he sealed via reaper death seal, soul is is forever sealed. even if he would come back he would be a shell of his former self
