Description: Kamisama is a weapon which was crafted by Alexander himself, after reading and analyzing information throughout the years about Madara Uchiha's infamous weapon. Kamisama is a medium sized war-fan rivaling the height of an average shionbi when placed along side with one another. The light brown fins decorated with a strange symbol on each end of the war-fan are made of a very lightweight and durable material that does not conduct electricity, nor is it able to be engulfed in flames. The core of the war-fan is a nearly indestructible pole with a thin rubber layer to avoid conductivity that is bandaged up from the bottom end all the way to the middle of the poll. At the very bottom of the pole lays a very lightweight, thin, and durable chain link which appears to have metallic spheres evenly spaced every three inches which ensures enhanced gripping. The other end of the chain-link is connected to a medium sized nearly indestructible scythe which was rumored to be one of Madara's deadliest weapons in combination with the war-fan. Just like the pole, the scythe's hand is also laced in a thin layer of rubber with bandages covering the entire thing up to the blade itself. The chain-link is long enough to allow Alexander to throw his scythe up to medium range distance similar to Hidan's scythe. Both the war-fan and scythe are strapped in the center of his back in an "X" manner. The unique ability of the war fan is to coat elemental projectile-type techniques with wind chakra. When the user releases an elemental projectile type technique, he will swing the fan and coat the technique with wind chakra, causing the technique in question to be turned into a XX/wind combination. Meaning that if the user releases a fireball and swings the fan, it would turn into a fire/wind combination. Although it does not boost the rank nor size of the technique in question, it does boost them by ten damage points. In order to release the projectile techniques successfully and coat them in wind, Alexander found out a way to exchange hand signs for fan swings. Meaning that for every two hand seals required in a projectile type technique, the user is required to swing his fan once. (ex: If I release a fire technique that requires four hand seals, I would need to swing the fan twice as I then release the fire and coat it in wind, increasing its damage while it maintains the same rank.) The wind enhancement would not be effective against lightning techniques because the lightning technique in question would disperse. Kamisama is chakra reactive, which if channeled with expansion chakra it will expand at the users will. Expanding it refers to using any variation of the Akimichi clan's expansion techniques and so leading to count towards the user's jutsu per turn. When releasing a wind style technique from Kamisama, the technique in question would automatically receive the ten damage boost due to the fact that is not physically possible to create a wind/wind combination. The user is also able to release physical projectiles like kunais, shuriken, senbons etc and coat them in wind chakra for increased speed and damage. This is accomplished in the same manner that the elemental projectile techniques are enhanced into combinations.

Without much wait, I knead earth chakra inside of my stomach as I reach over my back and grab a hold of my special war-fan with my right hand. I then proceed to withdraw it over my head as I release earthly material from my mouth, similar to the lower ranking golem technique that Onoki is known for. As the earthen material is released from my mouth, it suddenly begins to expand into a large slab of earth that is roughly three by three meters in dimensions. In unison with the slab being released from my mouth, I then swing my fan out in front of me and coat the slab in wind chakra, allowing me to increase it's overall strength as well as making it into a wind/earth combination, making it more potent against lightning-related techniques.

Description: The user will knead their earth chakra into their stomach and then release from their mouth earthly material that then forms into a large slab of rock, that can travel with incredible force. On impact with the ground the slab forces the earth to splinter and jab anyone caught in the vicinity.
Keeping the fluidly in my moves, I channel chakra into my war fan as I spin my body counter-clockwise alongside my fan, placing it parallel to the ground out in front of me. As I spin around, large wind currents begin to form and envelop my body, thereafter creating a large tornado that's ten meters high and taking the entirety of my short range. I then simply flick my right hand and cause manipulate the tornado, causing it to head directly behind my previously released rock slab. The tornado would aim to destroy and blow away anything in it's path, aiming to strike the target standing before me.

Description:
The user will chakra his chakra into his giant folding fan (or any other wind jutsu compatible fan) and swing it in front of him and around him in a complete circle. As he does, a large wind raises and gathers all around, forming a large tornado that whips itself around the user and is then propelled towards the intended chakra through the movement of the fan. The technique can be massive in size, but is always incredibly fast.
Note: The user must have a Giant Folding Fan or some other compatible fan
Immediately after releasing the tornado, I begin to run towards my left-hand side in a semi-circle, maintaining a medium range distance from you. As I do so, I channel water chakra into my mouth and swing my war-fan once more, thereafter releasing a large sphere of rotating water that is covered in wind chakra as well, effectively creating a wind/water combination. I would continue to run around you until I've reached your three clock view. The sphere of water and wind is aimed at your location as well, causing a huge blast that would naturally leave the entire area soaked in water. I make sure to stay very cautious to my surroundings the entire time, awaiting a counter-attack at a moment's notice.

A sword held by Senju Tobirama, the Raijin no Ken is made of a hilt which releases lightning natured chakra which forms a blade of pure lightning energy. It is so focused and dense that it manifests and behaves as a physical sword. The sword uses the owners chakra to produce the blade and discharge lightning attacks. The blade, when used for physical melee attacks, adds +20 lightning damage to Kenjutsu techniques and can discharge unfocused lightning, A-Rank, short to mid range in large arcs. To do so, the user swings the sword towards the target, producing the discharge which ravages towards the enemy. This can only be done once every two turns and counts as a move. The sword is not indestructible, being resistant to only up to A-Rank techniques. But, if destroyed, can be recreated after one turn unless the hilt is damaged.

I swiftly walk through the seemingly never ending sea of grass as I made my way to the Village Hidden in the Leaves. A few more steps, and a small ant-sized figure was visible from afar. I scurried faster and faster to satisfy my curiosity, only to cross paths with an interesting individual dressed in what appeared to be Uchiha attire. I instinctively come to a halt. His words were clear and carried a hint of hostility. In response, I uttered, "Konoha-Ninja? I'm under the impression you're famed, or a rouge ninja for being a target of the Leaf. Anyways, as a Konoha Shinobi, I suppose I'm obligated to attack you as well." It would seem the enemy had the same thought, for he was already formulating his attack. From his mouth, a large segment of rock is sent out towards me as a projectile, and further powered by a wind aura. Immediately, I assume a stance for a counter attack. I gather an enormous amount of fire chakra into my fists, compressing it all into each fist. I continue the assault by punching the air whilst releasing the compressed blades of flames, five in total. They clash with the slab of earth, reducing it to minuscule fragments of what it was once. However, one would continue onwards with reduced strength, which should be dwarfed and overpowered by the wind tornado you created.

Description: The user begins by gathering up an enormous amount of katon chakra into each of their fists or feet. Along the same lines as it's parent technique (Katon: Saiha) Fire Release: Blazing Blade, the user manipulates the katon into dense blades, long and thin with a severe cutting potential almost like boomerangs. However instead of holding the katon chakra and continually feeding it the user releases the katon chakra with swift punching or kicking motions from these punching or kicking motions multiple fair sized blade like projectiles are formed and sent out. These can range in size from as small as a kunai to as long as a full length Claymore. They are able punch through dense earth (A rank and below), and when coming in contact with an opponent they can cause very deep searing wounds that cauterize themselves cutting off blood vessels and stopping blood flow. They can pierce deep enough to cause severe internal damage and can cut off whole limbs if the opponent is struck correctly. These projectiles cannot be controlled once released, but can be very useful in short - long range. Only five consecutive blades can be shot off, and after the blades make contact and cut through something they rebound hitting it again before exploding into a dense explosion of fire that can catch even solid earth on fire, the fire burns until it's put out by an opposing force.

All out already? I wondered, as I created a body of water underneath my foot- thanks to my skills with Water release. Using the body of water, I arc in a semi-circle. The wide arc to my left allows me to simply avoid the otherwise menacing Tornado of wind, while positioning myself on a more desirable location in the battlefield. As I advanced to my new location, I kept an eye on you. Should you continue with the Gunshot technique, the water i'm traveling under would allow me to dodge even that, considering it's a projectile technique, and our increased range which would greatly hinder accuracy.

Noticing my target being propelled by what appeared to be a water source beneath his feet, I simply smirk in return. In that same reaction, I halt the creation of my planned water assault as well as sprint. Instead, I swing my fan towards my right-hand side, indicating the previously released tornado of wind (Now B-Ranked) to follow the target's new change in locations, aiming to overwhelm him from behind as he runs.

Immediately after re-directing the tornado, I channel earth chakra into the ground whilst keeping tabs of your on-going change of locations. While doing so, I cause countless pillars of earth to rise from the ground in front of your soon-to-be frontal location. The earthen pillars would be formed in a half-domed shape, completely removing the possibilities of escape from the front and your sides. The pillars would erupt in such a way/angle that simply going airborne would assure your body of being pierced by them.

Description: This technique lets the user create a few rock pillars that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. The rock pillars will even pass through obstacles to reach their target if these are less dense. The pillars/spikes can be done in any earthen surface, including other earth techniques of the user.
As the pillars rise, I keep cautious to my surroundings as well as your body as I swing my fan from right to left, allowing me to release a strengthen (CW) nearly invisible blade of wind that travels horizontally towards you, aiming to slice both through my own pillars an your mid-section, aiming to cut your body in half.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.
As I made my way towards my desired location, through my peripheral vision, I was able to perceive the enormous tornado heading towards me, as if it were following me. Knowing that evasion in this case would be futile, I cease providing the water i traveled through with water, thereby making it stop, and rotate my body to face the wind tornado. Following that same motion, I join my hands together to create a single hand seal and in front of me, a large Dragon-shaped bullet is created. It is sent out towards the ferocious tornado and overpowers it with ease, while continuing onwards maintaining its power. (+10 comes from Water Ring)

While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).

Noticing a large source of water being released to combat my wind, I quickly stop creating my initial earth technique and jump backwards a few meters. Whilst doing so, I chain through three hand seals and thereafter slam my hands on the ground as I land. Naturally, I let go of my Gunbai and grab it in between my elbow and the side of my body as I weave the signs. I immediately cause two enormous rock formations to rise both in front and behind my target rising to monstrous size, dwarfing even the Demonic Statue. The half mountains are inscribed with the symbols of Iwagakure No Sato, signifying the rock's true power. The half mountain rising in front of you as well as me, would take out the water dragon and be "weakened" (although barely) as both mountains aim to connect together, crushing you in between. I simply stay very focus to all my surroundings as well as my ears pealed, awaiting to hear any possible noises through the ruckus of the earth that may alert me of anything. My palms stay on the ground until the technique finalizes or until something stops it from finishing.

Description: The user will do 3 handseals (Tiger → Ram → Rat) and slam his hands on the ground which creates two enormous rock formations that close in on the opponent from two opposing sides with tremendous force, smashing everything caught in between. Both of these formations are capable of dwarfing even the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path in size. This is one the most strongest Earth based techniques, standing as a testament to both this ability's destructive potential and its difficulty. However, because of its size and power, it can only be used a limited amount of times, requires much chakra and can only be used at least mid range from the user.

I was fairly confident that my powerful dragon made of water would be of a threat to you, up until the colossal segments of earth appeared. The earthquake-like tremors created upon its creation demonstrates its shear strength; one did not even have to look back to know that another segment was appearing from behind due to the lack of sunlight, the sudden tremors, and the sound created from that area. The water dragon was no match for the earthen wall. It crashed into it and dispersed just as quickly, leaving behind puddles around the battlefield. Assuming that the earth walls were to continue its way towards me, I create a beam of lightning, even larger than that of a tailed beast bomb. As quickly as it appeared, the beam of lightning would be sent out towards your direction, immediately pulverizing the enormous wall while continuing onwards. I was also aware of the moving earth segment coming my way and braced for the impact. It pushed onto my back and abruptly shoved me in front, but only till then did i stop the lightning beam. I, fortunately, take no damage. (140 damage comes from being squished by these two segments, and because i destroyed one, the one would act like a "push" or a "shove" rather than doing actual damage") With that done, i proceed to mark the five kunais I initially planned on marking.

As expected a lightning-release technique was launched my way as it destroyed the half earthen formation in front of me. In reaction towards that, I quickly grasp my fan with my right hand once more and swing it out in front of me from right to left. As I do so, I inhale while then exhale thus allowing me to release a large compressed sphere of wind that would disperse the lightning energy and continue forward at a weakened state, however stronger than most. (Your custom technique does not specify the size equal to bijudama so we can't go by that logic xD)

In that same fluid motion, I then swing my fan from left to right and release yet another sphere, however this time being of water, causing it to be released directly behind the wind, also being enhanced by my fan's wind coating.

The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.
In that same fluidity of moves, I then channel lightning chakra into my left hand as I perform three swift and long jumps towards my right hand side diagonally, moving to your nine clock view, medium range away. Whilst performing the swift moves, an easy feat for a ninja, I also release a 120º massive blast of lightning that spreads from my hand outwards, aiming to destroy any potentially released techniques as well as striking you in the process.

In quick, and almost instinctive response, I join my hands together to form a single hand seal, and immediately expel a vast sea of water from my mouth. It would promptly lift me up from my original position, and by angling my head to the left side, it would propell my body to travel to the right at such a height that I would simply avoid the Sphere of wind. Knowing the detrimental effects the collision between the wall and wind sphere could result to, I travel through the waves that I continue to expel and towards you, moving away from the wall while approaching your location. The wind sphere would collide with the mountain, resulting in large to small segments of earth dropping down from the larger earth source, though the half-mountain itself stays standing due to its immense and overwhelming size. The falling earth pieces would assist my goal by creating even larger waves mixed in with earthen material which would surely be lethal to you, if the waves successfully struct.

Noticing water being released from your mouth in order to gain altitude, I quickly halt my next attack. Instead, I strap my Gunbai onto my back whilst channeling earth chakra into the ground while I then slam my hands on the ground and further pool earth chakra into the earth. This in turn allows me to rise my half of the battlefield, 100m higher. The length of the make-shift plateau would stretch 50m to either side of me and 50m behind me. I simply keep my hands on the surface on which I am standing on as I complete my technique. Due to the nature of the technique, the process would be quite fast to execute. I also keep my eyes directly on you as await your counter.

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

The extent of the man's abilities was great, and obviously, water alone would be unable to overpower him. As the five kunais were successfully marked, Tobirama nonchalantly tosses one over his shoulders, which would naturally float on the water in his original position and stay there, unless the water was disturbed by an outside force.

With chakra under the soles of his feet, he begins to run towards the large wall, at an arc to his right. Within a few seconds of full on sprinting, he'd be at an angle where vision of him is difficult, taking into consideration the sheer size of the wall and your elevation. With that in mind, he goes underwater and creates a shadow clone, which of course, is unknown to you. He floats up soon after, as the clone runs swims towards the wall, at a wide arc to the left, of course, underwater where he is unable to be seen.
The original Tobirama stands, around three meters away from the wall and waits for your offensive.

As the ground beneath me finishes it's rise, I notice my opponent begin to run towards my general location in an arc'd fashion. In response to that, I perform the ram hand seal whilst focusing my earth chakra into the ground. I then cause a large pit to form beneath you, in your last known location. (Ground level.) The pit begins to draw everything towards it in a 10m radius. (Due to my plateau's size, it's safe to assume, its not necessarily, movable per say.) Naturally, all the water around the area would also begin to be sucked into the large pit thus bringing you along with it. This in turn would leave you and your clone (Clone may possibly disperse from the rough currents, though I will leave that up to you.) in a very dangerous situation as you are drawn by an uncontrollable natural vortex of water that aims to drain both you and your clone into the depths of the earth. (The pit is deep enough to hold the remaining volume of water in the field. Naturally, the previously thrown FTG kunai would follow suit.
(Doton: Arijigoku no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Antlion Technique

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.
To finish off my combination, I chain together two hand seals and turn the ground one meter in front of my earthen plateau into a 30m x 30m swamp. The swamp would aim to ensure your underground death as well as remove the possibility of potential underground travel should you defend against the previous technique and avoid being drowned by your own water source.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
