If Tsunade is Harashima's grand daughter then who are her parents?

Harashima's senju and his own DNA with an Uzumaki, should've created a very strong mix, and yet the manga never mention his daughter or son.

For example Naruto, He's an Uzumaki and a Namikaze ( Whether this surname is relative to a senju or was made up specifically for Minato). And yet his bloodline is special

We can expect that due Harashima being more special than an average senju, and with Mito ( rumors say she was very strong and mastered all chakra elements), their son or daughter should be very special even more special than Naruto.
