I don't know of any festival where people smoke pot. Maybe I should, maybe I should.

It was a long time ago but I was pretty sure it was in India and a Hindu festival or holiday.

Well, bhang is a drink made out of cannabis that is used in a lot of festivals. Holi is one of them.

Well they weren't drinking it they were smoking it The documentary may have been talking about Holi at the time I cant remember. All I do remember was a bunch of people sitting in the streets and out side of temples getting stoned. One guy was breaking it down in his hand and packing his pipe when they were interviewing him.

Never heard of a 'festival' for smoking. Bhang drinks are another matter- some drink it for fun , others trick someone to drink or eat stuff adding it to pull a prank on him.
