Hanzo's speed

It's stated Hanzo's speed under water is unsurpassed.
How fast he is? His movies under water is faster than other's or if he is under water he is automaticaly fastest ninja?
Do you think his speed is on same level as Minato or Tobi? (not FTG or teleporation)

I think he is very underrated. If he was one of the strongest ninja in his times.. In times when was Hiruzen Hokage, Third Raikage...
He must be very strong.
So please don't underrated him...

He is definitely powerful, he soloed a whole leaf platoon and it was such an achievement for the legendary Sannin to merely survive against him so we know he was very powerful. About the speed thing, there is no way of knowing but seeing as you go slower than your normal speed underwater, it probably wouldn't be anywhere near Minato's level.

Hanzou speed underwater is different from his speed on land so its does not compare to Minato's speed. Hanzou my be the fastest underwater, but maybe not ground. Also, about the Sannin, he is not defeating them with the current conditions as mention and example from Mifune.
