Hanzo should win. Hanzo should be able to poison them without too many problems. Ibuse gas range is pretty big so unless Choji goes giant mode right off the bat, they don't stand much of a chance and even then Hanzo's scythe is also coated in poison which means that one hit will still kill Choji

Hanzo takes this pretty easily IMO
