how much do they know about each other? if onoki uses rock clones, golems and long range dust then he has it.

Onoki wins, but if he breathes any of Hanzo's techniques whatsoever then he'll lose. I doubt the fight will end up that way or last long enough to threaten Onoki in that sense

It wouldn't even be a fight. I grant that Hanzo is a very capable ninja, but he has nothing that can stop Onoki's Dust-Style
