Is Hanzo edo or not? Because if so it would give him ample chance to poison Minato. Even not, I would have to go against hype and say Hanzo is extremely fast, and with a blade, enough so to stop a strike from Minato and perhaps even dodge ransengan from behind. Then there's Ibuse, who could flood the area with poison and leave Minato with little options but to suicide strike... I would have to say Minato could probably kill Hanzo (unless edo), but he will undoubtedly be poisoned.
