Hanzo's fighting style seems to revolve around poison and I don't even think Kakuzu breathes.

The poison is non factor. Kakuzu's body is constructed of threads enabling him to survive without the need of Oxygen or organs in the matter of fact. Toxin poison either paralyses or causes failures organs resulting death. Kakuzu doesn't have to worry about the matter, as he doesn't breathe Oxygen nor he lacks organs. Poison is non-factor an immortal person.

All ranges really. But yea Kakuzu wins if his mask doesn't need oxygen.

Kakuzu on the other hand would appear too need Oxygen. You cannot pump blood with out it that is why. And with that said, he can get affected. But the mask are a tricky topic. It's like they are black magic or some bullsht Kishi did like with Sasori.
