When they fought at the last time, Hanzo was able to beat all sannin, but they weren't so strong as they are now.

Do you think Tsunade is now able to beat Hanzo?

Hanzo seemed to be really underplayed, and didn't seem as powerful as the person who named the legendary Sannin should be.

no I dont think so. Just watched the pein arc again and saw how powerful hanzo's was. Even when Nagato summoned the gedo mazo and killed all his men and the anbu black ops, Hanzo still didnt even flinch for a sec. He simply used his teleportation jutsu like the boss he is. Hanzo did get trolled in his edo form his shushin no jutsu was off the chart. He could move like Minato even without a seal(maybe not as fast but still). Hanzo died cause he lost his touch and was demoralised, a full motivated Hanzo can destroy tsunade.

we haven't seen much from Hanzo, but it seems he was godly. So I really much doubt that Tsunade could defeat him. edo-Hanzo didn't show his full capabilities

***Fastest in water. Still think we never got to expierence why he was so feared and respected. At least a full understanding.

sadly, he hasn't shown any form of jutsu during the Pein arc.. when he fought Nagato and the rest, they were still just kids.. i don't think he's as fast as Minato, and contrary to popular belief, Tsunade is not the slow-poke most people thinks her to be seeing as was able to outrun an ANBU even in her weakened state and fast enough to intercept Madara's katon before any other kage can react.. i agree that Hanzo was downplayed alot in the manga, but him fighting Tsunade at her most powerful, i think i would give it to Tsunade..

well, seeing she the World's Best Medical Ninja, i think fighting something who uses poison will be similar to asking Einstein explain the Theory of Relativity.. she has achieved so much to be considered to be the top dog in her craft.. if Chiyo managed to survive fighting against Hanzo, well i think Tsunade will just do fine..

Chiyo was better then Siannins back then since she said she fought Hanzo countless times. Eventually she could keep up with Hanzo with prep antidote. If someone where to make a a vs thread they have to add these important details like knowledge and preparation. If the OP was implying this then she can take this battle.

And who was the one that in the midst of a battle could prepare an antidote to all the poisons Chiyo ever had? Yes, Tsunade.

Look, people, the main thing with Hanzo was that salamander of his and the Gas poison that, at that time, people didn't had knowledge of, that's why he was called Hanzo of the Salamander, because of that poison thingy.

The rest, it's not such a big problem.

Plus, if we remember correctly, the Sannins didn't even showed to be fighting with their Summons.
I am talking manga here, not Anime where they included them as well.
