Hanzo/Mifune vs. The seven Swordsmen of the Mist

Conditions: Everyone healthy and Hanzo at his earlier years(when he named the Sannins)
Location: a wide/open area,no water around.
Restriction: Only can use their blades, NO ninjutsu allowed, swordskillz is all that matters.

Edited: The "Swordmen of Mist" is said to be skilled in swordmenship. I change and choose them.

Numbers dont have to matter, Hanzo took on jiraiya/oro and tsunade. I said no ninjutst too, Mifune and Hanzo have overall experience and amazing swordskills.

it hard to say. does the Seven Swordsmen Swords still have their abilities? if so, they got this. If not, Mifune and Hanzo won this in opinion. Mifune is master at iai, and Hanzo is just, skillful too.

The other swordsmen rely on jutsu to some degree and Mifune doesn't. Mifune is EXTRA specialized in swordsmanship.

Well I would rule out Hanzo since he got lazy over time like Mifune mentioned in their discussion. He would be more of a hindrance than help to ol' Mifu.

Mifune is an excellent swordsmen himself so I think he is capable of competing with them.

But because it is more than one enemy, he will lose. Besides the only skilled swordsman I can think of of the 7 is Suigetsu's older brother (forgot his name).

Wait, nevermind. If you're including Kisame then I take that back. lol That's a hell of a overkill. I'd say without Kisame Hanzo could solo the rest. Kisame is the deciding factor here.

Seven Swordsman easily.
Hanzo is nothing without his poison salamander and all his jutsu.
Mifune is nothing without him being able to channel chakra through his blade.

The swordsman swords are ninjutsu themselves so to speak.

Hanzo is not renowned for his swordsmanship, he is renowned for his salamander and his poison.

Mifune is overrated as a swordsman he has never fought someone 1vs1 using sword only.
Kakashi is better swordsman than Mifune IMO and so is Sasuke and Orochimaru.
