Does Itachi knows anything at all about Hanzo's poison?
If the intel is completely null his chances of winning pummel considerely...
But I believe even with zero knowledge he wins the majority as both Amaterasu or a genjutsu have a great chance of landing on Hanzo before he summons Ibuse or takes off his mask.

With knowledge Hanzo will do anything not to make eye contact with Itachi to avoid Tsukuyomi and the only way I see him doing that is with Ibuse. He would have to paralyze Itachi with Ibuse's poison and since it can travel underground would most logically try to sneak up or trap Itachi in it's mouth while Itachi is distracted by Hanzo's other techs.

Itachi not having intel hurts him here as he doesn't know about the poison and could be just avoiding the mouth when Ibuse expels his gas, numbing Itachi's entire body. However all it takes is one Amaterasu and Hanzo is finito. It'll be hard to catch Hanzo in one as he's keeping his distance though. So in the end I'd say Itachi high diff.

Yes but Amaterasu drains Itachi´s chakra a lot.. If he failed - use it on Hanzo´s clone, Hanzo would get a good chance to strike..

True, but again Itachi is a pretty smart guy and even found a weakness to CT so even if he missed an Amaterasu he'd still have enough chakra to pull out his Susano'o which Hanzo has literally nothing on unless Ibuse somehow gets close enough to poison Itachi from inside.
