Lecter is described is 6 feet 5 inches and weighs 220lbs, with an incredible wiry strength in his arms. Lecter's eyes are a shade of maroon, and reflect the light in "pinpoints of red". He is also said to have small white teeth and dark, slicked-back hair with a widow's peak. His usual appearance is when he is wearing his various suits to several occasions, though he also wears them into combat. His regular suit consists of a black jacket combined with black trousers. He usually wears either a black or dark red tie, together with fancy shoes and he sometimes wears a large black coat covering his entire body and a hat. After he encountered King Garrett of the Isles and the Sea, he began to wear a more unique and unrealistic clothes. This being said he began to wear what would seem as knights and a warriors outfit being a large cape and cloak while also wearing a single round iron headpiece around his head symbolizing his allegiance. He also Wears his usual Ninja pouch on the back of his left hip while having a single small dagger placed in his belt on his right side, while having his katana strapped to his back under the cloak, with only his hilt sticking out. Also he has begun to wear animal fur, preferable from wolves and foxes, though this fur is usually only used by him in cold weather or placed on his shoulders to make it seem as if he did not lose any form of manners or simply ended up taking a less fashionable style. Yet he is still the same old Hannibal whom would not hesitate to kill anyone who would insult him.
Lecter's battle attire:
Lecter's attire consists of a heavyweight breastplate that offers maximum protection to his chest, while also allowing him to retain his flexibility in combat though it slows his movement considerably. He also wears armor gauntlets placed on both arms which have been constructed of several pieces of iron plating that allows him his utmost flexibility with his arms, while still offering great defensive proves towards sharp blades. There are summoning seals engraved into the plating of his right and left lower plating on his arm, allowing him to summon his animals to his side. He also wears leg protectors constructed of a light metal with a layer of leather on the backside. His shirt and pants are also consisting of strong leather which gives him comfort while wearing the armor but also serves as protection. These legguards consist of a single piece of metal which have been bend to protect his legs from the knee and down. Lecter also wears two pouches, one on each hip which consists of the regular shinobi equipment, including the explosive notes and ninja wire. Around his waist he has a unique maroon leather belt which holds his sword in place on his left hip. Finally he wears a large maroon cape which is attached to each of his shoulders and falling down to the ground covering his back and hiding his entire body, while being dragged across the ground which has caused its color at the bottom to fade. Sometimes he also wears a large helmet made of heavy metal to protect his head in combat, though he rarely uses it, seeing he thinks it clouds his vision of the enemy.
個人性|PERSONALITY
Hannibal possesses a very convoluted personality. It is impossible to determine exactly what mental illness he suffers from, or even if he does at all, as his knowledge and training enables him to outsmart the standard tests without even trying. Few symptoms are described, though in Hannibal he describes his disbelief that the universe is linear, expecting somehow that time will begin to run backwards and, as he puts it, "the broken teacup will run back together" and Mischa will return. Though the incompetent Doctor incorrectly diagnoses him as a psychopath, it seems more likely that he is a sociopath (however while most sociopaths are misanthropic and only superficially charming, Hannibal is genuinely charming and kind to those whom he likes). Another possible diagnosis would be a narcissistic personality disorder as he sees himself as a god-like and superior form of life, fit to decide who is worthy to live or die. He describes the majority of human kind as "poor dullards" and thrives on admiration, being unable to part with Francis Dolarhyde's letter because according to Will Graham "it was full of compliments."
Like many evil geniuses, Hannibal is impeccably cultured and sophisticated despite his vicious tendencies. Rather than simply killing for fun, he kills those who exhibit poor taste or bad manners, fine taste and good manners being both an obsession and a compulsion to him--similar to the villain Jigsaw. He also kills those whom he finds morally repulsive such as pedophiles, being quite protective of children as the result of seeing the murder of Mischa when he was a child. This is also thought to have served as the catalyst for his mental illness. Despite his cordial and refined personality and good manners, Hannibal is a sadist who derives great pleasure and amusement from killing his victims, usually in a particularly gruesome manner.
His attachment to Clarice Starling is evident since their first meeting, and though initially only on his part, she begins to return it. He is at first fascinated by her foolishness and knowledge, as she uses his embarrassment at her assault against him to gain information. He then begins to trade answers about the case for details on her background, and continues to contact her after his escape. After his return to Konohagakure he seeks her out without her knowledge, and it is hinted by numerous people he has fallen in love with her, in his own, twisted way. After she rescues him and resists his brainwashing the two become lovers, with her presence suppressing his cannibalistic urges.
Hannibal is possibly the most knowledgeable man alive, possessing an IQ of 200. He is an expert in psychology (though he does not believe it to be a science) and is able to frighten, manipulate and bend others to his will with mere words. He is also able to use his immense presence and commanding but subtle personality to great effect. His mental abilities are staggering, having created a memory palace" to rival that of Shikaku and Shikamaru- it is stated it would have marveled the greatest minds, had they been able to see it. As such, he does not forget anything, able to revisit a specific memory whenever he wishes in one of the "rooms."

背景情報|BACKGROUND INFORMATION
History: Born in the wake of the second shinobi world war at August 7 in Konohagakure. Hannibal Lecter at first led a pleasant life devoted to his younger sister Mischa. When the war was ending, Konohagakure shinobi and others were fleeing from the advancing Kumogakure forces into their parents estate. Keeping them hostage, they run out of food in the harsh winter, eventually cannibalizing his sister, leading her away by pretending they were going to play. Lecter apparently prayed daily for her return, but eventually found her remains, sparking his obsession with cannibalism and rendering him temporarily mute. It is also at this moment he loses his belief in God.
He later escapes from the Kumogakure shinobi and hides in an orphanage, where he was found by his uncle and his wife, Lady Murasaki. He forms a quasi-romantic attachment to her after his uncles death, but she is unable to turn his from his obsession with revenging his sister. To this end, he hunts down, tortures and kills every man who caused her death, forsaking his relationship with Murasaki. He then enters the Konohagakure Medical center.
He becomes a prominent psychologist, and part of the high culture of the village. He secretly continues his cannibalistic activities, his victims including a musician who played a favorite piece of his poorly, and Mason Verger, the only victim of his to survive, albeit as a paraplegic with no face, and serves his victims at his popular dinner parties. He is later caught, however, by the ANBU, a Black Ops Agent, Giovanni Roberto Salvatore Luciano, who recognizes the wounds on one of his victims in an book Lecter has on his bookshelf.
Several years after his incarceration, ANBU Black Ops Agent, Giovanni Roberto Salvatore Luciano, consults with him to catch a serial killer from Kumogakure, known only to law enforcement and media by the pseudonyms "The Tooth Fairy" and later, "The Red Dragon." He does so successfully.
A few years later, a serial killer known as Buffalo Bill, begins kidnapping, killing, and skinning women. The ANBU, desperate for some insight, send trainee Clarice Starling to unknowingly gain information. After she is assaulted by one of the inmates, Lecter becomes interested, and gives her cryptic clues to his identity in return for painful memories of her childhood. She is eventually able to use these clues to track Bill down, but not before Lecter stages a dramatic and bloody escape before disappearing without trace, though he sends Starling the occasional letter, his fascination with her apparent.
He reappears in Konohagakure. He is discovered by Giovanni Roberto Salvatore Luciano, who attempts to sell him to Verger. He escapes, returning to his exile and seeking out Starling, who is still searching for him, a mutual fascination between the two evident. His part, however, is caused initially as he begins to feel she could become a place for Mischa to inherit (he plans to brainwash her). He is, however, captured by Verger, who wants revenge, and is due to be fed to flesh-eating pigs alive. However, due the machinations of Vergers sister, who was routinely abused by her brother, and Starling he is rescued by the latter, and the former frames him, consequently, for the murder of her brother.
He then tries to brainwash Starling into becoming Mischa, and nearly kills Vayne, her tormentor at the ANBU for her by serving his liver for dinner. She willingly eats, but when it becomes clear she will not be sublimated, the two become lovers.
After several weeks in hideout with Starling, she becomes ill and dies, where Hannibal blames the shinobi he has met from other nations and seeks revenge for her death. Therefore he returns to Konohagakure, where he trains day in and day out, to become strong enough to have is vengeance. Still unknown by many, he seeks out victims inside and outside the village to eat for dinner.
After many years in Konohagakure, he had secretly been building a great city and stronghold inside a mountain named Erebor, where he takes his refuge from the law, where he resides as a lord and with holds all the power with his new founded Order the Templars. He is known by many to be a powerful leader who rules with an iron fist. After his creation of the Stronghold and the Templar Order, one day he was in an accident which caused his ears and nose to be permanently injured. He met with Garrett Hawke the King of the Isles and the Sea, where he was taking in as a Lordling and through that he gained influence, yet he still holds his position as a Lord of the mountain and holds his power in the land of Fire.
He now roams the Ninja World, Ancrath and the lands surrounding it as a free man. Yet he spends quite a large amount of his time in the North of Ancrath battling against a man known as Amaimon whom has taken over the lands claiming to be the rightful king. If he is not in the north leading his men, he takes his time in the Dawn Tavern or interacting with the people around, gaining information, new alliances and so forth.

Earth Release
Due to Hannibal Lecter's harsh training and him traveling the ninja world seeking refuge in several villages while commiting his vicious crimes and killing people whom he sees as pathetic low lives, he has gained immense knowledge and keen understanding of the earth element, and he has gained the ability to perform all earth techniques with a single hand seal.
Lightning Release
After doing several experiments on his victims, he realized he needed some way to easily cut through people and their organs, and so he traveled to Kumogakure for a while where he not only trained with some of the most skilled Kumogakure shinobi, he also caught several Kumo nin and tortured them and used his new found abilities to kill and prepare their organs for dinner. And not only did he train and kill Kumogakure shinobi, he was also honored by their Raikage whom taught him some of his personal techniques, and through this insane and harsh training for the only purpose of eating peoples flesh, he has become able to perform lightning release with impressive speed.
The Lecter Household
Lecter Household is a very young family, Hannibal being the first Headmaster of the Lecter Household. This is the beginning of a new family, which resides in the city of Keishi, south of Konohagakure in the land of Fire. The family resides in a large mansion which looks like a large castle. The mansion consists of over fifty rooms, with a large garden filled with trees and flowers, being one of the most magnificent sights in Keishi. The mansion has a grand entrance and a large ring wall surrounding it, making sure no intruders come into the mansion without permission. The mansion is made of bricks and built by the bare hands of Hannibal over the years, with the help of the people of Keishi, and the most magnificent sight within the mansion is the grand dining hall where over a hundred men can sit and dine together with no problem, around a large wooden table. The dining hall is filled with Hannibal’s trophies from his years of hunting, and in the ceiling you will find a large engraving of the Crest of the Lecter Household. The walls inside the mansion are filled with paintings and unique architecture created over decades which Hannibal have bought and received over the years through trading and hiring architects. Several people are hired to take care of the garden and the mansion itself, making sure the mansion is clean and always prepared for guests. The most important person is the butler, whom resides in the mansion always taking care of Hannibal and his businesses. Furthermore, there are always two guards at the front gates, these guards being part of the Templar Order, and being Hannibal’s most trusted men. The symbol of the Lecter household is the symbol of law and order, and that is what the family stands for. The symbol was attained when Hannibal helped the land of Tea where he found the symbol on the previous lord of Tea’s chair. These are the principles which the family live by, and Hannibal will always strike hard on those who do not seek law and order within the family and he seeks to create the same thing within the land of Fire.
The Templar Order

The Templar Order was established by Hannibal Lecter in the city of Keishi in the land of Fire. The order consists of loyal knights who possess great skill in the use of swords and hand to hand combat. The symbol of the order being a cross which is engraved into the armor of the person who is part of the order, or they recieve a tattoo of a cross on their shoulder or chest. The order is a monastic military order, which seeks to create a perfect World. Although their interpretations there of emphasizing purpose, order and control over the freedom of individuals, the similarity between the ideals of their sworn allies for nearly a decade, the land of Ancrath. Because of this similarity in ideology, the Templars have become involved in a covert war against criminals, assassins, and even large cooperations whom seek to own the entire world through their own ideologies instead of following what they believe to be the right way, being the way of the Order and the way of the land of Ancrath. The templars themselves rarely take military action anymore, yet they only grant their Allies and the people they seek interest in with the needed resources and abilities to handle themselves. In the order, you wear heavy armor, and a large crimson red cape which goes all the way down to the ground. The knights wield longswords and nothing else, and they are believed to be some of the most fierce and dangerous warriors in the region. Hannibal being the head of the order and the creator seeks to use the order to create Peace, yet he does not wish to let the templars out into the world, thus meaning that the order hides in the shadows and are unknown to most except the ones of their interest and their enemies. The goal behind the order is to become a beacon of power within the society of Keishi and the world, to restore order in the world in their own image. Of course this is what the Templars want people to know about them, yet the order has secrets, they have secret goals and purposes, they wish to rule the world and create it in their own image of law and order, which are their way and their belief of how to make peace. Hannibal being the Lord of the order is the one who leads them in the shadows, and the one whom sets the goals of the order. He stands as a beacon of hope for the order, and he stands a beacon of friendship and loyalty towards his allies and friends.
Erebor

The great city and stronghold of Erebor lies to the south in the land of Fire. There lies the city of Keishi, its markets known far and wide, full of the bounties of vine and vale, peaceful and prosperous. This city lay before the gates to the greatest stronghold of the ninja world. This great stronghold was carved into a single solitary peak; it was the stronghold of Hannibal Lecter. It is built deep within the mountain which stands 3,500 feet tall, as a snowcapped mountain filled with the riches of metals and jewels. The mountain lies 20 kilometers from west from the city of Keishi. The mountain itself is star-shaped with six ridges radiating as spurs from the peak. The south-western spur contains a small hill called Ravenhill which houses a guard-post. Between the two western spurs you will find a narrow vale which is the exit of the back door behind and overhanging cliff. Rough steps ascended to the top of the southern ridge along a narrow ledge turning east behind a boulder into a steep bay. Inside, the mountain is dug with passages and tunnels leading to cellars and halls and mansions such as the great chamber of Hannibal Lecter near the Front Gate. A secret tunnel led to the bottommost cellar. The main entrance into the mountain was the Gate of Erebor on the south side, opening onto a valley between two great spurs of the mountain. The Gate of Erebor was created of enormous pieces from the mountain placed together and forged with metals creating an incredible wide and large gate standing almost 30 meters tall and has large chains attached to open and close it. At the end of the southwestern spur you would find Ravenhill. There is a river which springs from beneath the mountain and issued from the Front Gate, forming a waterfall that falls into the valley below. Inside the gate is a broad paved road that goes alongside the river in a wide curve leading into the mountain. Not very far from the entrance would you find the Great Chamber of Hannibal Lecter where feasts and councils are held. In the Lower Halls you would find a vast chamber called the Great Hall of the Elders at the root of the mountain. From there a secret passageway leads to a hidden door in the western side of the mountain. The back door is barely visible due to it being carved out of a large piece of the mountain blending in, meaning it is only visible from within unless knowing where it is. This fortress is legend. Its wealth lies in the earth in precious gems hewn from rock and great seams of gold running like rivers through stone. The skills of the men there was unequaled, fashioning objects of great beauty out of diamond, emerald, ruby, and sapphire. And deep within the mountain the miners found what Hannibal called the Arkenstone, the most beautiful jewel he had ever seen, he called it the Kings Jewel, symbolizing his right to rule under the mountain. This great mountain stronghold is capable of housing thousands of people and capable of withstanding a siege and surviving for almost a year without gaining resources from the outside, while it is already housing a large amount of personal guards and heavy armored soldiers guarding the gate and the stronghold. Hannibal Lecter roams over the mountain with an iron fist with his 5.000 men prepared to do his bidding. Many thousands people in the land of Fire work within the mountain, mining in the deep, finding precious gems, while carving out the mountain creating enormous pillars and making the great city even more beautiful each day.

Description: After opening the first level of the seal, the user forcefully opens the seal completely, unleashing the full extent of Senjutsu Chakra contained in it which floods his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body.While in this stage the user gains +20 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +10 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is improved as is his speed. Once it deactivates (regardless of being willed or timing out) it leaves the user drained of stamina for 3 turns as well as unable to mold chakra above B-Rank or use Taijutsu above D-Rank for 3 turns. His speed drops drastically (2 ranks) as the damage and pain produced by the stress on his body overcomes the user. After those 4 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold. His physical penalties however aren't recovered unless the user is healed.

Design of the Curse Mark when activated (Located on the center of his chest):
For Hannibal the curse mark is not just power, he pours his own will into it, he knows the full power of the curse mark from the day he recieved it from the legendary Nexus. After several months of enormous pain and struggle with the curse mark, he was able to take full control of it and even being able to go into stage two. The second stage made him a true monster and a unique one at that. the curse mark gave him large fangs and two of his teeth extended to the length of that of a large tiger, more specifically the teeth grow similar to that of a vampire from history books, while his skin gained the usual greyish color and his eyes changed shape and color making them look like the eyes of a wolf but completely dark/blackish, making his pupils blend in with the rest of the eye, making it seem as if he has no pupils. Another feature of his curse mark is that he grows a large tail similar to that of a wolf with fure on, this tail grows a considerable length and has great strength and maneuverability, while his entire body gains somewhat the shape of a wolf, thus making him look more like a wereful. Usually in this state, Hannibal prefers to be on all fours while his werewolf like appearance will make him seem like a beast that only should be imaginable in ones mind. This shape combined with his incredible power and speed he has become able to strike fear into his enemies as he will also move more like a wolf, he no longer thinks like a human and his only goal is to kill his prey.
