(Raiton: Sen no te no kyū ) - Lightning style: Sphere of 100 hands
pros: I can as many arms as I want a rank cutting and I can still perform jutsu right?
cons: I lose speed, it hurts me, can only use lightning techs, once it's done I can only used a ranks
I perform two hand seals and concentrate all my raiton chakra to my back and spinal cord. With enough chakra producing a sphere of lightning attached by a small strand of lightning. Concentrating on the sphere I create 2 more arms of lightning.
question: can these arms perform hand seals and if I was to only create a single arm would it have forbidden rank strength?

Description:
The user begins by performing 2 hand seals whilst focusing an astonishing amount of chakra into a single point on his spinal cord (outside of the skin). After about 2-3 seconds of charging the lightning, the user would then allow the chakra to expand controllably into a large sphere of about 15 feet in diameter that floats behind the user, attached to his back by a small string of lightning. With the sphere created, the user is able to control the massive amount of chakra in the sphere to create up to 100 arms made of pure lightning chakra. The arms are similar to that of the biju cloaks arms used by jinchuuriki, though due to them being made of lightning, they move at incredible speeds and are able to pierce through objects with relative ease (A-rank cutting potential) or just shock them thus leaving them paralyzed for a brief time. The string attached to the user from the sphere continually sends electric pulses through the users body, thus damaging his body a little every turn It's active.

1) Yes, as long as It's lightning jutsu. And they can be any rank..
2) I've honestly never thought of using them in such a way... Though they may be able too..As I stated in the description, they are very similar to jinchuuriki chakra arms, except they're pure Raiton chakra, so if biju chakra cloak arms can then yes mine can.
3) Yesh. Seeing as the damage is forbidden rank. Though they'll automatically get decreased to A-rank if you make multiples. Though you could power them up by say.... Combining several arms for a combination attack. Like A + A + A + A = two S-ranks put together (high S-rank I guess. And that's just four arms.. they're super versatile... >.<

I only have one question. What all can density shift be used on? Like A few examples please...
Any solid or liquid surface. Basically anything that has density.

Their variants^
For solids it basically switches it's hollow spots with the dense spots. Example: A tree has a hollow center you use density shift to switch the center with the tree stump which is incredibly dense. Example 2: You use this tech on swamp of the under world, switching the swamp which is above surface with the hardened ground below the swamp. Example 3: You use this on water you get the depths of that water source i.e an ocean's depths are far denser then the water we swim in. That's why it is harder to breathe and move deep underwater. The pressure under there is strong enough to crack submarines. So basically if you use this while someone or yourself is under water. The pressure and density from the swap would kill you.
Unknown effect of it but it's common sense. Also when you use this on water you produce hurricane like qualities do to the different pressures of water mixing. Read it for more info^^
