Although BB was a stronger Warlord, I think Hancock can beat him. When Blackbeard tries to pull her in, all she has to do is kick him and he will be turned into stone.

Well since Boa Hancock is a warlord, that absorbing thing shouldn't work on her if it didn't Ace.

Just by getting the Gura fruit alone he was labelled yonkou level, even the goroseis said that only a yonkou can stop him now.

Since there is a delay in BB's logia (we have seen him get hit by both luffy and ace w/o haki) Hancock should be able to land a blow, and turn him to stone.

But, he may have gotten better and quicker at using his devil fruit. So, maybe, maybe not. If she gets sucked in, imo he would win. so 50/50. nice fight

Teach has shown absolutely no signs of being immune to lust.
