We don't how experienced Hancock is with haki, all we know is that she has king's haki. (It's obvious she knows the other two branches but we don't know if it surpasses Doffy). Plus we have to consider her OP DF.

Its true it wouldnt be a stomp but honestly Doffy could dodge most of her stuff and could probably power (or will) through her love stone stuff with haki.In the end it would be a mid diff win for Doffy

You mean similarly to how Doffy broke out of Aokiji's ice? Her DF seems too OP well at least how I viewed it the anime; people's faces were breaking apart upon impact instantaneously. But yeah I doubt Doffy will fall in love with her or something in the fight, it's just the kicks that are my concern. I'm not sure how the manga showed her ability but here's what I'm walking about...

Although...breaking off Doffy's arms is easier said than done. However now that I think about it, I do feel like changing my answer from high-diff to mid.-diff Seeing how he almost killed Sanji and the ridiculous strength of overheat.
