I think current Hanabi has def. caught up to Neji in terms of skill and power. She looked so calm and cool during the fight it was almost like Neji's fighting style.

Hanabi has no feats of using 64 Palms but 64 Palms shouldnt be a Problem to a Hyuuga who mastered Kaiten to begin with.

they dont function on the same basis, so no one is chakra control the other is taijutsu speed. having kaiten =/= having 64 palms. if anything it was said being a master of jyuken allows for kaiten and hinata was in fact called a master of jyuken

Hinata and Hanabi's relationship was explored. It also showed how Hanabi assumed heiress responsibilities, and how she always regarded her sister. She was toughened by the harsh methods of the Hyuuga but she was able to hold on to her true self and have control of her destiny.
