Not trying to be rude but that's utter crap. The only reason why Neji was stronger than Sasuke at that time was because of him being older. Neji was 14/15 while Sasuke was 12/13. Neji had more expierence and was prepared for the exams for a whole year.

Besides Neji and Sasuke are prodigies.
Hanabi not a prodigy but certainly very skilled. Hinata was always low in terms of skill, hence she learned 64 Palms in the Last arc of Naruto Shippuden.

That was 2T, not 3T, and we saw Sasuke, who was WAAAAAAAY slower than KN0 Naruto, was able to keep up with Naruto's speed and react accordingly. And that's the Sharingan, which would have weaker precognition than Byakugan since Sasuke said he was able to predict Naruto's movements due to seeing Chakra better, and byakugan > sharingan in that.

It doesn't matter which Version for the sharingan it was. Precog can improve but if your opponent is still too fast than you just can't react.

Kaguya couldn't react to Naruto and Kakashi.

Hinata was among the first to show up to Naruto's location in the alliance. Even before getting Rikudo Chakra.

She was never below Hinata in the beginning so what suggest that she is now? (2) Hashi was training Hinata personally but deemed her a disappointment and redirected his attention to Hanabi.
