To the OP. We have seen Hanabi do NOTHING. Literally she has no feats and the information about Hinata < Hanabi is dated. Naruto was also a talentless ninja with the worst scores in the academy. Look at him now. Hard work makes the difference between success and failure. Hinata has worked hard in is fighting on the front lines in the war. While genin like Konohamaru and Hanabi are safe at home in the village.

It doesn't matter if we have seen feats from Hanabi or not...Hanabi hype was above that of Hinata in part one, thus base on logic, her progress would make her above Hinata at this point in the series.Furthermore, the Naruto comparison of hard work is nonsense.As the main character Naruto has been given nearly all of his power through talk no jutsu and plot no jutsu.Naruto spent all of a week in Mt. Myoyuku(spelling) and out comes sage mode.Controling kurama's power, out comes Kushina in her chakra chains.To gain kurama full power, Talk no jutsu and boom.Not strong enough to take on Madara, SO6P to the rescue with an easy power up and a nice little story to boat.The narrative of hard work that was apart of naruto description in part one is a complete joke.Changing one destiny is also a joke, seeing as naruto has always been the Ashura reincarnation.
