At this point in the manga I guess anything is possible, but I think it unlikely. However, Obito and Hamura(separately) will probably pay some contribution in the foiling of Kaguya. I presume Hamura will grant Naruto and Sasuke the release that they don't currently have use of. For Naruto, the moon(yang), and for Sasuke yin(the sun).

in my opinion giving naruto and sasuke more power ups is boring so if obito were to get hamura's power he can undo the wrongs he did and finally getting accepted by the village
