correct me if im wrong but wasnt the fact that the reason for the reincarnations is because the brothers were fighting because the sage picked the younger as the heir? for this same theory to work you need these premises:

1). humera also had two children
2). humera's two children had a fight with similar reasons as to why indra and ashura fought
3). the two children's clans continued to fight
4). apart from naruto and sasuke being rivals and the tension between the senju and the uchiha i dont see any other friction between any other people or clans in naurto

so couldnt humera just show up and just give a power up? i mean it was the sages kids the did the whole reincarnation thing not the sage himself wouldnt that hold true for the sages brother as well?

(My hope is that the sages brother brings back neji and gives him and sakura a powerup - this i know is probably never gonna happen but one can dream)
