So we can can logically conclude that they are related to kaguya as far as bloodline. The manga does not say the uzumaki were direct descendants of the sage but close blood relatives of the descendants. To me this means they are related as far as a cousin clan. and now that the sage's brother has been reveled, I think its safe to speculate the uzumaki came from his side of the family. Uzumaki were also good at fuuinjutsu and both the sage and his brother knew very advanced fuuinjutsu to be able to seal the juubi.*** Mistranslation

I already made a thread about this previously, and I have commented on several threads about it too…

it is highly plausible that SO6P's brother will appear if as Kaguya has appears.

This is because I think he might have used his life to seal Kaguya in the Shinju Tree, since Hagoromo and his brother both sealed Juubi and the God tree; as we all know that Kaguya's essence was in the Tree, the brother must have done something.

Also, like I said previously, I think Hagoromo is the related to Uchiha and Senju, while his brother is more related to Byakugan users (Hyuga clan) and Uzumaki clan, So definitely he must have used a seal to ensure that once Kaguya is out, he (being the ultimate sealer) will also appear to try and reseal her again.
And Kishi has shown us this through Naruto's 9 tails seal and the fourth Hokage reappearance using Uzumaki based sealing.

I can accept this. i will research further. someone says it was a mistranslation and the sage's brother did not seal him but i will look into it
