The anime flashback clashes with the Manga (cannon) in so many ways I disregard most of it. Read the manga then watch the flashback again & you'll see

Senjutsu is not chakura, shinju absorb NE so it can make chakura. Did manga clearly said rinnegan is evolution of sharingan? And hagoromo awake it.

Senjutsu is chakra, it's chakra mixed with NE. Hagoromo was never said to have a Sharingan and Uchiha KKG was never said to be the Sage's eyes, only Rinnegan was stated to be his dojutsu.
