Hamura Ōtsutsuki

Ōtsutsuki (大筒木ハムラ, Ōtsutsuki Hamura) was the son of Princess Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, the fraternal twin brother of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki; both of whom were the first two born with the ability to wield chakra. Hamura was also the ancestor of the Hyūga clan and the founder of the shinobi of the moon. Hamura and his brother defeated their mother and sealed her Ten-Tails form in Hagoromo. Later, he left for the moon—to watch over the Gedo Mazo.

- He has the Byakugan and the ability to transform his eyes into the Tenseigan, transitioning at will. He also has access to the Shikotsumyaku Kekkei Genkei.
- Hamura gains an increase of +2 Bonus BODY and +1 Bonus MIND and SPRT unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply. Alternatively, the user is able to forgo the Bonus MIND AP and have a passive +30 damage to their Jutsu.
- Hamura has access to the Truth-Seeking Balls after obtaining Yin-Yang release.
Restrictions:
- Requires, Jōnin Rank and Yin-Yang Release.
- Additionally requires a Skills Test and either a Battle Test or Ability Mission to attain the biography.
