For me Hamura and Hagoromo are equal in power but Hamura is stronger than any form of Madara. Hamura without Tenseigan could still beat JJ Madara but the Tenseigan is comparable in feats/power to the Rinnegan.

There is no proof of this. If they both came from Kaguya then they were both were the first people to be born with Chakra. Hamura clearly shits on JJ Madara, Hagoromo is debatable though.

Hagoromo = Hamura.

and

Hagoromo + Hamura = Kaguya.
