Hagoromo inherited Kaguya X Shinju fruit = Rinnegan. So basically he inherited all of her gifts and strenghts. Hamura

who is Hagoromo's brother only inherited his mother's eyes the byakugan. He is an offspring of what she was originally.

So he was basically the one who ended up on the shit end of the stick. Just like with Indra and Ashura one inherited

all the gifts and one ended up with poop. BUTTTTTT. This would explain why the Hyuga are one of the four noble

clans of Konoha and why they would go so far as to put a curse mark on their own clansmen to guard the Hyuga

secrets. He was still kaguya's son and her secrets are his secret. Meaning if you learn how to defeat the byakugan

then you've learned how to defeat kaguya halfway. And that would also explain the location of

the Hyuga's Curse mark on their forehead. It is symbolic of because of the Sharingan.

The Uchiha Clans origins lie with the Hyuga Clan. If Hamura and Hagoromo had descendents then they would have sprouted around the same time. The Uchiha started with the Hagoromo and The Hyuga started with Hamura.

So basically the Uchiha and Hyuga are distant cousins. Which explains why some of the other manga's stated that

they were distant relatives.

No. Just in the same way Hagoromo isn't an Uchiha or a Senju despite being a common ancestor of both clans. The same applies to Indra not being an Uchiha and Ashura not being a Senju.

yesterday sir derp spoke about how hagoromo was the yin (darkness) sage who did unsage like things such as keeping his chakra flowing thro time and keeping chakra for ninshu. im thinking hamura is the opposite yang sage who erased himself from history like a proper sage should. thats why he wasnt mentioned before

maybe he sealed himself in those tools?
