Juubi - natural energy from mother tree shinju powerful natural disaster and malice destructive.

Tenseigan altar - collection from Hamura Tenseigan in the core + byakugan eyes from otsutsuki main family and branch family byakugan to create powerful weapon as universal destruction.

so 9 biiju power/Juubi is actually has similar power to hamura Tenseigan+collection of byakugan? So this show that Byakugan can also do powerful damage other than as visual doujutsu.

I think Hinata's power are useful only in situations that involve Hamura's chakra (for obvious reasons) just like how Naruto & Sasuke are more useful against the jubbi because they have Hago's chakra. i could be wrong tho

Sasuke vs Toneri could be a good match.

Those with Hamura's blood/chakra have the potential to destroy the Tenseigan Alter...But even then, Hinata was too weak to destroy it on her own and had to rely on Naruto's Chakra...so, I doubt she could do anything to Juubi
