That means nothing when Toneri also has Hamura's Chakra + Tenseigan. He was fighting on par with 100% KCSM Naruto, even a boos tof Rikudo Chakra wouldn't put Hinata on that level, just as a Bijuu Cloak wouldn't put Hinata on Obito/Gai/Kakashi's level.
Not only that but we saw what way inferior Kurama chakra did to her vacuum palm. With Hamura chakra its couple tiers stronger.

The writers of the movie explicitly made it a point and went out of their way to show the Tenseigan disappear from Hanabi’s eyes so people wouldn’t go around thinking this 15 year old has moon-busting powers, yet no such thing was done with Hinata.
She received it in the same way Naruto/Sasuke did, by falling unconscious and receiving it on another plain of existence, so unless it is ever confirmed either of those two no longer have that Chakra, which likely isn’t the case considering they were still being used in the final fight, there is no reason to believe she has lost it either.
With higher quality and quantity, there's no doubt that would be the case.

The fact is he did utilize the PS much better than Sasuke during the Kaguya fight while PS Sasuke was tossed around here and there. Sure his PS wasn't gonna last forever as Obito already mentioned. But as long as it did, Kakashi's PS rekt and that's a fact and it was possible only because of the leftover rikudou chakra Obito had.

Hinata has yet to fight and there's nothing to suggest she lost it, so she hasn't lost it.
For Kakashi its clearly said its only temporarily power unlike with Hinata case.
NO no you are not going to preten that Susanoo was the deciding factor in that fight and not Kamui you and I both know what would happen had Sasuke gotten to use Kamui and AMeno.
For someone trying to prove a point outside of the context of The Last, you sure take a lot of your sources from The Last.
