I use:

And when you jump into the air to avoid the spikes surrounding you I use:
to launch my self towards you I use this to thrust me towards you at high speed and I throw my staff at your chest when we are at Short Range i.e about 3-5m. This Staff is unavoidable in mid-air as you have no maneuvarability and its pinpoint accurate.
After I hit you I land on my Earth Plateu.

what will you stab with your staff i told you i didnt jumb myself in the air because it will make me open to u to attack so i use a clone to throw me backwards.
for few seconds i was in the air.

Ok as I come out the ground I see your bullet I quickly use:
And create a shield that stops your bullet from seriously damaging me.
I then throw my staff at you before your shark jutsu is complete you will manage to use it before the staff reaches you but if you do you will get hit.
After that assuming you complete your jutsu and allow yourself to get hit I use:
And wait for your counter.

Okay remember you jamp backwards meaning earlier I didnt use my Giant Pillar tech. Also IF you were on my pillar its the size of a Plateau = Long distance so your 2nd jutsu wouldnt affect me....

I know you fill the land above with water so I rush to long distance along the earth and pop up on the other side of the plain. You dont realise this and your when I pop up you are using your whirpool jutsu I use:

Well you cant really notice me...im flying in mid air and when Im mid distance I use my jutsu which will shoot out the ground im not stabbing you the earth spikes do and you wont have time to attack me either and because IF you manage to avoid it....somehow it would only be by jumping up as a water clone is a replacement yes but you cant escape my jutsu going forward left right etc as the spikes come from a 6ft radius and stab you in the center.
So IF you manage to escape you will jump upwards which gives me the advantage as your coming towards me I can just throw a kunai at your head lol.
I m not moving i m using a jutsu while standing that transform me into a liquid so when you attack i spill in liquid form and comes in true form on the ground.
PS. Obviously i will feel the air pressure behind me when you come to stab me.

But IM NOT STABBING YOU. Its spikes from under your feet/around you i.e. upwards.
Also its impossible for you to escape except jumping or hiding like a mole. Or even a Lightning tech of some sort to destroy the spikes but you dont have that + Lightning is disallowed.
So you need to either get stabbed or somehow have a 6th sense that Im flying soundlessley in the air and you sense me and the spikes...

Well Deidara Nara is viewing this thread so I'll ask him.
What Im saying is its not impossible to dodge my tech but you cant just use a water clone as you have implied you managed to use the water clone and move right, left, forward or backwards to dodge the spikes...thats impossible.
The only way to dodge/counter is jumping up to avoid the spikes using hide a mole or some sort of armour ect

Apologies I just found out a few days ago I need to list everything im doing and no deception is allowed which Im still getting used to.Its basically you have to reveal all your moves etc instead of...well Lying basically i.e. using a Kage bunshin and appearing behind the opponent...you need to tell them that in your move not AFTER they attack you...kinda takes away tactics...
