So, after creating my last thread I got to thinking about it a little more and I came up with an interesting theory:

The Byakugan could originate from Hamaru's lineage and not from Hogomoro's.

I know this is a pretty far theory to believe in at first, but it does provide us with a somewhat reasonable explanation to how the Byakugan was passed down after Kaguya was essentially defeated by her two sons. We know that that Rinnegan is the mixing of both Asura and Indra's chakra and that the Sharingan originates from Hogomoro's side of the family, so why couldn't the Byakugan originate from Hamaru's? I speculate that in the upcoming chapters we will be given (hopefully) a little more backstory to the second brother and that it may be revealed that Hamaru was the one that passed on the Byakugan and that the Hyuga clan, is in fact, not related to the Uchiha clan.

P.S. I kept it short because really didn't feel like rambling too much.

Thoughts?!

Two Brothers and four Clans. The SO6P gave rise to the Uchiha and the Senju so why not Hamaru to the Hyuga and the Uzumaki? Kishi is a twin and in the Manga He made other twins Hinata Father and His Brother were twins. So the subject of Twins seems dear to Kishi hearth.

This has been the theory since Hamura's reveal by Hagoromo dude lols. That the Uzumakis and Hyuugas are his descendants. The Uzumakis having his bodily chakra and fuinjutsus and the Hyuugas having his eyes.
